THE “SOLO” RELOCATABLE UNITS FOR SEASONAL WORKERS,

SHORT TERM STAFF or  COMPACT   SLEEPOUT, HOME RENTAL

We fully understand the need for short term housing to accommodate seasonal or other workers, back-packers, a Booking.com unit, mini-bach and so on. We have designed and developed a fully insulated, quality and robust unit that provide warm and comfortable accommodation.

The units can be located in a number of configurations from in-line, side-by-side or stacked multi-level if space is a premium.

The units are fully insulated and are equipped with an en suite shower, toilet and vanity. The SOLO comes with a small bench unit  suitable for m-wave or tea and coffee supplies.

All units come with 21 litre per minute califont (gas) hot water system that supplies hot-water only as required.

We are also able to provide competitively priced common areas such as a rec room and/or semi-commercial kitchen for self catering. (Ask us for information and a quote).

The units arrive fully assembled on your site including full NZ Standard electrics and plumbing.. They only need connecting to main services and are ready to go.

We can manufacture these units as single studio units, twin bedrooms, bunk-rooms or other configurations that may suit your operation.
