The TRIPLEX builds on the success of our TRIO released last year and  offers the very best of compact home solutions. Whether the holiday bach, a Booking.com rental, starter home or fantastic unit for relatives. The unique feature of our modular construction allows the three modules that comprise the TRIPLEX to be configured to suit your lifestyle or design choice.

The plan on the right shows the spacious two bedroom TRIPLEX but we have one, two and three bedroom versions available. 

The module has floors, walls and ceilings fully insulated and as all glass is double glazed they are easy and inexpensive to heat or cool. Kitchen and bathroom units are of top quality and manufactured by Millbrook Kitchens, Rangiora.

Choose your own layout, where you want power and lighting and leave the rest to us. 

Fully relocatable, the TRIPLEX can be transported to a prepared site and erected in a matter of hours.
