About Affordable Modular Homes Ltd
Our modular homes take the concept of off-site manufacturing into the 21st Century with great design, comfortable internal dimensions and fitted with modern appliances. Our homes are pre-finished with high quality surfaces inside and out. Fully engineered to meet New Zealand building regulations and local authority compliances, our modular homes provide the best of convenience, rapid build and competitive cost.
Being modular they are flexible in design so that it is simple to add an extra room or to downsize to suit.
Our range includes our SOLO range of Tiny Houses that are ideal as a sleepout, home office or small rental; the ‘Duet’ a delightful studio unit with a full modern kitchen and ensuite; the Trio using two-and-a-half units providing space for a separate bathroom and laundry; the Hip-Hop, a full two or three bedroom design.
Terms of Trade, Finance and Leasing
Standard Terms of Trade require a 30% deposit on signing our Sale and Purchase Agreement, a mid-construction progress payment of 30% with balance due within two weeks of finished ex-factory construction.
Enquire about Leasing Options
Affordable Modular Homes are now available for lease to approved purchasers. Leasing is generally for a minimum of five years and can include lease to buy, long term lease or other arrangement. For companies this is a great option as leasing does not necessarily incur taxable capital expenditure.
