Solo Tiny Home
We get it – sometimes you just need a cosy, temporary home. Whether it's to house seasonal workers, backpackers, or a mini bach listed on Booking.com, we've got you covered. We've developed fully insulated, top-quality, durable, and comfortable tiny units, providing a warm and inviting space.
Our tiny units come in a variety of configurations, including in-line, side-by-side, or multi-level stacking if space is at a premium. Each tiny unit is equipped with a bedroom plus en suite shower, toilet, and vanity, and the SOLO model even includes a small bench unit for preparing coffee and snacks.
But don't let the compact size fool you – our units come equipped with a 21-litre per minute califont hot water system that delivers hot water on demand. Plus, we offer competitive pricing if you need to build communal areas like rec rooms and semi-commercial kitchens for self-catering.

Duet Tiny Home
Looking for an elegant and innovative tiny home? The Duet is a cleverly designed tiny home, which measures just under 30m2 and stands at 2.75 meters tall, offering extra spaciousness and flexibility.
At our ISO900 factory in China, we manufacture the Duet tiny home's frame, and we assemble and fit out the tiny house with electrical, plumbing, and internal fittings supplied in New Zealand. We're proud to work with Millbrook Kitchens, Rangiora, who have designed a compact kitchen with a dual burner gas hob and space for a refrigerator.
Inside, the Duet tiny house offers a separate spacious bedroom area with a full en suite comprising a shower, toilet, and hand basin. The walls are finished with smart aluminium skirting, and the floor can be high-quality tongue and groove woodgrain vinyl or carpet.
The Duet tiny house comes with heavy-duty aluminium double-glazed, thermally broken windows and doors, as well as numerous LED lights and electrical outlets for flexible placement of appliances. Outside, the unit features a rolled steel frame and contrasting grey colour steel.
Transporting the Duet is a breeze, as it comes in two easily-joined units that use specially-designed waterproof inserts and steel capping over the joint. We recommend placing the Duet tiny house on steel screw piles for easy insertion and removal.
Designed to be a flexible unit, the Duet can be used as a home office, sleepout, smart holiday rental accommodation, or even as an extra room for a growing family. Manufactured to meet NZ standards and featuring 75mm insulation in walls, ceiling, and floors, the Duet tiny home is suitable for any area of New Zealand and maximises natural warmth.

The TRIO features fully insulated floors, walls, and ceilings, and all glass is double-glazed for easy and inexpensive heating or cooling. The kitchen and bathroom units are of top quality and manufactured by Millbrook Kitchens, Rangiora.
You can choose your own tiny house plans, where you want power and lighting, and leave the rest to us. The TRIO tiny home is fully relocatable, meaning it can be transported to a prepared site and erected in a matter of hours.
